High-Tech Ranged Mounted Weapon Batteries[]

Ranged Mounted Weapons come in two basic flavours: Energy and Kinetic.

Energy Batteries[]

MOUNTED ENERGY BATTERIES

Mounted Energy weapons have the advantage of being able to use the Exo-System's Fusion Cell as a source of power, thus they do not require additional ammo. The drawback of such weapons is that they are not able to fire continuously limiting the number of uses each round.

Kinetic Batteries[]

MOUNTED KINETIC BATTERIES

Kinetic weapons are much cheaper than Energy weapon but require constant feeding. Kinetic weapons have a payload of 12 rounds after that the weapon requires reloading. Reloading these large weapons takes an action in combat and requires the loader to have access to the weapon (i.e. you have to get out of vehicles to reload their weapons).

Ballistic Weapon Batteries[]

(Missiles, Rockets & Mortars)

MOUNTED BALLISTIC WEAPON BATTERIES

Launchers for ballistic weapons (Missiles, Rockets and Mortars) can be mounted on Weapon Platforms in the same manner as other Weapon Batteries. Capable of delivering Biblical levels of destruction, these weapons can also be used to deliver Special Payloads and even non-lethal packages.  For all the goodies to load your Ballistic Launchers with, see Ordnance.

High-Tech Close Quarters Exo-Weapons[]

Close Quarters Exo-Weapons[]

These giant CQ weapons come in a variety of flavors and sizes, and are available as hand-held units as well as mounted systems. They are made specifically to be wielded by Heavy Exo-Systems but can be mounted on Light Exo-Systems as well, (hand held versions are not available for Light Exo-Systems). CQ Exo Weapons use the normal Platform Targeting of the Exo-System, (the targeting on the Hand’s Platform is used for hand held versions). The maximum size that can be wielded with Hands is equal to the EU size of the Hands; two handed weapons can also be used with a maximum size equal to the combined EU total of both Hands. 

Characters wishing to build these Weapons must have both the Exo-Engineering and the Weapon Engineering Skills. 

CQ Exo-Weapons have AC: 10, RF: 5+1 / EU
